Capres-cawapres nomor urut 01, Anies Baswedan dan Muhaimin Iskandar, serta capres-cawapres nomor urut 03, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD, menghadiri sidang putusan sengketa hasil Pemilihan Presiden 2024, pada Senin (22/04/2024).
Pada Senin (22/04/2024), Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) memutuskan untuk menolak seluruh permohonan yang diajukan capres-cawapres nomor urut 01, Anies Rasyid Baswedan dan Muhaimin Iskandar, serta capres-cawapres nomor urut 03, Ganjar Pranowo dan Mahfud MD, yang diajukan dalam sidang putusan sengketa hasil Pemilihan Presiden 2024.
MK menolak dalil pasangan capres-cawapres nomor urut 01, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, yang menuding Bawaslu tidak menindaklanjuti dugaan kecurangan pasangan capres-cawapres nomor urut 02, Prabowo Subianto – Gibran Rakabuming.
MK juga menyatakan tidak ada bukti yang meyakinkan bahwa Presiden Joko Widodo mengintervensi perubahan syarat pencalonan presiden dan wakil presiden (capres-cawapres) Pemilu Presiden (Pilpres) 2024.
MK menyatakan Presiden Jokowi tidak melakukan nepotisme karena menyetujui dan mendukung putranya, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, sebagai calon wakil presiden pada Pemilihan Presiden (Pilpres) 2024.
MK menolak dalil kubu Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar yang menuding Jokowi melanggar ketentuan mengenai nepotisme di Ketetapan MPR Nomor XI/MPR/1998, Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 1999, serta Undang-Undang Pemilu.
Mahkamah Konstitusi menyebut dalil kubu Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) terkait dengan adanya korelasi bantuan sosial (bansos) dengan perolehan suara salah satu pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden “tidak terbukti” sehingga tidak beralasan menurut hukum.
MK menolak dalil-dalil pasangan calon presiden dan calon wakil presiden nomor urut 01, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, yang menuding sejumlah menteri dan pejabat negara lain terlibat dalam upaya memenangkan pasangan Prabowo-Gibran.
MK menyatakan tidak ada bukti Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) berpihak terhadap calon wakil presiden nomor urut 2, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, lantaran memproses pencalonan putra Presiden Joko Widodo itu walau tak segera mengubah syarat usia capres-cawapres pasca-Putusan MK Nomor 90/PUU-XXI/2023.
Keputusan-keputusan itu dilakukan atas adanya hipotesis-hipotesis permohonan yang diajukan kepada MK antara lain terkait dengan ketidaknetralan Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) dan DKPP.
Kemudian dalil lainnya terkait tuduhan adanya abuse of power yang dilakukan Presiden Joko Widodo yang menggunakan APBD dalam bentuk penyaluran dana bantuan sosial (bansos) yang ditujukan untuk memengaruhi pemilu.
Termasuk aksioma soal penyalahgunaan kekuasaan yang dilakukan pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan pemerintahan desa dalam bentuk dukungan dengan tujuan memenangkan pasangan capres-cawapres nomor urut 2, Prabowo Subianto – Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
“Juga dalil pemohon yang menyebutkan nepotisme yang dilakukan Presiden untuk memenangkan paslon nomor urut 02 dalam satu putaran, tidak beralasan menurut hukum.”
“Dalil nepotisme Presiden Jokowi dan melahirkan abuse of power yang terkoordinasi melalui Kemendagri, Polri, TNI, pemerintahan desa terhadap dalil itu tidak beralasan menurut hukum.”

Tatkala itu, ratusan demonstran memadati kawasan di sekitar Patung Arjuna Wijaya, beberapa ratus meter dari Gedung Mahkamah Konstitusi, Jakarta Pusat, menjelang sidang putusan sengketa Pilpres 2024 di MK, Senin (22/04/2024).
Mereka membawa sejumlah atribut seperti spanduk yang menggemakan pembatalan hasil penghitungan suara Pilpres 2024.
Putusan MK yang menolak seluruhnya permohonan dari capres-cawapres nomor urut 01 Anies-Muhaimin diwarnai dengan pidato kekecewaan di luar gedung MK.
Seorang pendukung Anies-Muhaimin, Yulia Bhayangkari, menyatakan “sangat kecewa dan melukai hati kami” atas putusan MK.
Dua pendemo berunjuk rasa di luar gedung MK saat para hakim konstitusi membacakan putusan sengketa hasil pilpres 2024, Senin (22/04/2024).
“Sampai kapan pun, kami tidak akan terima pemilu hasil kecurangan,” kata perempuan dari Bandung, Jawa Barat yang ikut menjadi bagian massa aksi.
Pendemo lainnya, Didin Karyadi Galib dari Komunitas Pembela Negara, mengaku kecewa atas putusan MK. Menurutnya, putusan ini bisa menurunkan citra lembaga tersebut.
Salah satu pendemo, Nani, 45 tahun, awalnya berharap MK mendiskualifikasi pasangan calon presiden-wakil presiden nomor urut 02, Prabowo Subianto – Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
“Tuntutannya diskualifikasi [pasangan capres-cawapres nomor urut] 02 dan pemilu pilpres diulang,” kata Nani kepada wartawan media berita lokal.

Two demonstrators protested outside the Constitutional Court building as the constitutional judges read the verdict of the 2024 presidential election dispute, Monday (22/04/2024).
“We will never accept an election result from fraud,” said the woman from Bandung, West Java who was part of the mass action.
Another demonstrator, Didin Karyadi Galib from the State Defenders Community, expressed disappointment at the MK’s decision. According to him, this decision could lower the image of the institution.
One of the demonstrators, Nani, 45 years old, initially hoped that the MK would disqualify the presidential-vice-presidential candidate pair number 02, Prabowo Subianto – Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
“The demand is disqualification [of presidential-vice-presidential candidate pair number] 02 and re-election,” Nani told a local news media reporter.
